Our Members area will allow you to calculate any project’s preliminary (estimated) deadline with our innovative lien calculator. Simply enter your project data along with the start and end dates and the calculator will create an estimated deadline for your project.

Once you’ve received your project deadlines, you’ll be able to store the specific project data in the Members area, allowing you to keep current on all of your ongoing projects.

In addition, the program’s E-Mail Alert feature will automatically alert you via e-mail when the estimated deadline is approaching so you can take the necessary action and file your prospective claim.
