The National Lien Platform and its Construction Lien Manager™ give you complete control over your projects and the lien filing process. Simply insert the start and end dates for your project and our system will automatically estimate your preliminary (estimated) deadline for filing preliminary notices, mechanics liens and lawsuits. Your information is stored in the Projects area, where you have instant, up-to-date access to your most vital information. Multiple user accounts can be assigned under any administrator for centralized control and access to the payout process. With just a click of the mouse any user can automatically merge project data into the preselected partial lien or final waiver of lien documents for quick editing and/or saving forms to project files for quick retrieval.
